My Posts This: Topic Forum | State / Federal / American Consulate / Country of OriginGather all you data, make several complete copies both paper and electronic data so it can transfered.
Make an appointment, meet with your local legislator's ( all- sides ) including the dept's of your local law. Visit and mail duplicates to all department s. It's a matter of distribution.
Let them "all" know who's in the loop - get all names and phone numbers including those of assistants - so they can visit with each other -and you can follow up timely.
Incourage them to provide the material's to the state legal level and Federal which they will do with a little encouragement. Especially if you have their name. If things move well - the country of origin's consulate will be notified and will under attention from a few different sources.
They will be tripping over each other to get results since they all are informed.
Various international goverment departments and law associates will be all over it, and very very fast, to get answers back and are aware, following the problem.
It will just disapear.
