My Posts This: Topic Forum | The problem turned out to be a design fault on my part with the base plate not having a big enough aperture for the fan draft to exit so the hot air was blowing back up over the carb, my apologies for a aspersions cast on the carb, manufactures or suppliers and thanks to Raja and others for pointing this out.
