hi guys
i am working on a dual glow plug head, i have only to finish cutting the heat sinks on top and sides, one plug is 90 deg to the combustion chamber but ofset from center .200 , the other is 15 deg to the chamber. does any one know whats plug heat ranges.. somewhere i read that guys use their standard one in the center and a cold on the offset one, and would you run the 15 deg plug on top or bottom. i put it on with no heat sinks for about 30 seconds, and if the improvement in idle is an indication, it should run nicely. also i enlarged the combustion chamber in diameter by .010 at the bottom to reduce compression for 30%, since i was having detonation...but its just an attempt, i may lose power because its all wrong, hopefully i got it somewhere in the neighborhood.
feedback ---opinions please--
regards rick
