Just wanted to let everyone know that we are having our second annual heli fun fly at the Cherry Creek State Park Air Field.

The Denver RC Eagles are hosting the event and there will be food, prizes, and t-shirts for club members and registered pilots.

Last years event was a huge success and its going to be even better this year. We are going to have drag races, auto-rotation contest, and we were thinking about a heli pylon race with 450's if enough were interested.

May 30 Saturday. 8:00 a.m. is when it starts and lunch will be around 12:00.

Well guess i'll make the motorcycle trip again, last one was nice, but made the mistake of bringing none heli people. Didn't get to stay long. Think i'll catch the jet FF the day earlier also. Hope i don't have the 44 mpg cross winds and snow squall this time?
That was a nice Heli day at Chatfield. Any recommendations on a LHS for heli's in the Denver area?
