Did you get express delivery? Look at the delivery receipt.
Did you read what I wrote about that? I'm assuming not.
"they would probably tell you they have the part in stock even if they dont just so thay can make the sale"
Well I'm still not convinced you can NOT block the money going out from your credit card.
The credit card is used as a way of payment, I don't think they can intervene and say 'sorry but we are forcing you to pay'.
It's within your legal rights to just say 'do not allow payment to this company'. Your credit card company is not in a situation to judge, really. It would be you that gets taken to court over it, not them (and you would win).
"Thank you for being GFORCE's lawyer"
I am not being their lawyer by pointing out the mistakes you made. You shouldn't expect everyone to agree with your libellous thread.
And let's not forget, you DID make mistakes. You can ASSUME they'd say they'd have such and such in stock, yadda yadda. The fact remains, you did not actually phone them BEFORE giving your credit card details to see if they had stock in.
What is the website of this company anyway? Most model shop websites I know of state you should phone them. In fact they're very civil and helpful compared to shopping for other things.

One big assumption that is more than likely incorrect. |
