Hi Soren,

You might run into a few hickups actually. You need to convert the NHR-03 head to a 12mm mainshaft firstly as it's 10mm in its stock form. The guys at RCJapan I know will be able to help you as my buddy uses the Sylphide head on his Airskipper .90 which is also 12mm. They give you a different hub which is drilled or something to fit the 12mm shaft.

You'll also need to check on the mounting of the stock T-rex head, I'm not familier with the T-rex but you might end up having to redrill the mainshaft in order to get the rotorhead fitted. Or you might be lucky and not have to do anything. Maybe wait for someone that knows both the T-rex and the Sylphide head for better help on that one.

Only other thing to bare in mind is you'll have to use much shorter main blades most likely, I don't know the spacing of the T-rex head bolt to bolt but the NHR is probably longer like the Sylphide head is longer than most also. So you need to look at a 680~690mm main blade and then hope it clears the tail rotor enough.

You might want to try the mods done by Danny before you spend $400.
I tried myself (I changed blade grip shim to .6mm and 490mm flybar) and works pretty well.

http://runryder.com/helicopter/t476743p4/

If you insist getting K&S head, you'll need following parts:
1400-0-4500 12mm Center hub
1400-0-2700 12mm Washout Stopper
1400-0-3000 12mm Washout Base

I haven't had time to put Sylphide head in 700 yet, but I'll try sometime.

I assume it's YEN.

48 000 Japanese yen = 488.30400 U.S. dollars

Use www.google.com and type in "48000 YEN in USD" in the search field. It will convert the currency for ya. It's amazing what google can do. You can even do conversions of weight, length etc. It even does calculations.

Sylphide head on T700

Yes,
The Sylphide head flys very nice with 700.
You might want to get 690mm blades for this combination or even 680mm.
700 or 710mm blades felt too light on hover.

No mods needed other than making new links from swash up. All the holes lines up fine. I used Sylphide washout arms (Freya washout arm works fine too), and had to change balls on swash for standard size links.

Sorry, no pics since I'm flying stock head with leading edge pitch input with a few mm of delta.

K&S used have NHR-03 rotor head, but htey took off from their catalog.
So I guess you have to order to Japan.
http://www.ks-j.net/xo/modules/prod.../make_new-E.cgi

JR part number for head is 84026.

Probably the head and conversion's going to cost as much as whole T700...

Hey Nob, are you using extra spacing on the blade grips for the leading edge 700 head?

I find my 700 head just a little too jumpy in the hover for my liking. So far mine is running 720 RTs,RT F3C paddles, softish dampers, softer flybar ratio, and softer bell-hiller, tracks really nice, upstairs is more responsive than my slyphide (in my opinion) but the hovering, oh man thats tough

Yes,
I'm using 9mm spacer to take delta out.
I personally think 720mm blades are too big for dish loading. (T700 is too light for the bid dish.)

700mm works fine, but I want try 690mm when I get chance.

How does the negative and positive delta compare with the spacers on the 700 head?

Will keep the blade size in mind, will try out some smaller ones tomorrow...
