My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i like to change from a 8 cell nicad to a 3 cell lipo but bevore i do that i want to change the pinion on my twist 37 motor to avoid overheating (read they are sensitive for that)
so where can i get pinions that are in the 13 tooth range that fit the eolo

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I use a 14 or 15 tooth on mine. You should be able to get them from Midland Helicopters. They do a variety of pinion sets. I've been using 14 (or 15) tooth pinion with the Twist (got three of them) and not burned a motor out yet.

You'll certainly appreciate to difference going to lipos. Wish I'd gone 4S lipo!

I can confirm that with this combination the twist 37 barely gets warm.
