Shall I laugh right now???

just look at this german helicopter, which is available since some years, and compare that cheap copy of this 90 size "helicopter" above to it.

this Voodoo Guy is a bad liar, in my opinion.

just compare this JS Frenzy piece of s... with the Vibe 50, and this 90 Clone with the German "Revolution" Helicopter from the link, and everything about this cheap clone company is clear to me...

Please don't troll around in the JR board, keep flying your chinese copy's, Voodoo-quack, but let us alone.

Yes, Voodoo. And don't call ME retarded. Seems like you cannot argue with facts but stupid phrases. Your offending and agressive style maybe works in front of some Hillbillies, but not here. Go home to Mommy and Cry.

Just look at the one piece chassis, the swash servo layout, engine position, etc.

Because it would be too expenive for chinese "Engineers", they put a standard plastic fan shroud over the engine and put a normal landing Gear on it.

btw: Your show you are making here is just a great Parody. I don't want to know how many people are already laughing at you....

Can someone please give me the Popcorn?

VooDOoX......

Ohhh, boy!!!
I hate to sound like a smart ass, but did you just crawl out from a cave and start flying helicopters yesterday????

Fact:
The Shark series was designed not EXACTLY as a Revolution clone, but close enough. How do I know, don't ask because I will not bother to tell you anyway.

Fact:
The "Frenzy" was designed because the Shark had no US appeal but the Vibe was the hottest 50 on the market (arguably worldwide).
JS Model took all the best design aspects of the Vibe, and then used their good old trusty spindle, clutch and fan, Raptor gears (later changed to a new arrangement), One way bearing, and raptor tail case- put it all together and made it work.

There's nothing wrong with the "Frenzy", but there's nothing great about it either except that it costs $219.00!

You are entitled to your own opinion, but you are not sounding very informed or intelligent in this discussion....

my $.02

my god.. the JS crowd really got their panties in a twist..
over a dose of truth.

Any clone.. CopterX JS Gulang KDS.. etc.. are no better than thieves.. how can you even think about supporting them let alone defending their actions..
I guess international companies don't patent their designs.
here in the States this would be patent infringement and they would all be out of business.

I have nothing against clones as long as they're better or at least try to match the original. Every company I know of has used ideas from other companies. RJX's hurricane openly was based on the Airskipper, even the aurora has hirobo background (from the time carbon extreme did conversion kits for the Freya series). Why did JR came out with a single frame stack with the vibe 50 and moved the tank rearwards (finally btw?) I'm sure they were "inspired" by other fresher designs. I'm also sure the Pantera has used ideas from other vendors in the past.

Point is, one thing is using an idea and working on it to improve a product, another is to make a cheap knock off and try to fill the pockets fast and dissappear before sh** hits the fan.

Parts arn't interchangable? Maybe not, but you look at that F-something picture and you tell me directly in the face without blushing that it doesn't look like a lobotomized JR vibe 50.

Tony

Oh and one more thing. I just read the latest MHW issue and there is one article in it that made me think a little today. Based on that article I would like to introduce to all newbies in the JR section a new concept:

Pride of Ownership

Those knock-off companies can copy whatever they want but I'm certain that nobody is going to make a Vibe 50 owner let go of his pride and joy for a furrball or whatever it is called.... well... maybe Rbush, but thats material for another topic.

Wow, this is an interesting thread. I gotta say that if VooDooX admits to trying to "work up" one person that thats an admission of imaturity, grow up man! I've been in the Auto business for some 17 years and the one thing I FIRMLY believe is that there is NO WAY to put $600.00 worth of JR quality and flight performance in a $219.00 heli. Thats like saying a 14K car is as well built and designed as a 35k car. Not possible. The copycats will skimp somewhere and it usually in the quality of the materials. You want cheap, you get cheap. It will always be reflected in the final product anyway.

TT

I don't do 3D....no wait. Oh thats right, I can't do 3D!

I just need one question answered- Did anyone get sued when the Hurrican 50 was released? They surely should have!. The JS is a flagrant copy of the Vibe plain and simple but the Airskipper and Hurri are practically identical. Can I assume that JR did not sue the %^$# pants off of someone then so it is history repeating itself?

I meant to do that!!!

I dont think you can sue anybody unless you have a copy right or patent on your product.
