Yes if the price point is like the 50 and it can take the 90's abuse looks to be a real winner. An affordabel 90 with really affordable parts on the market so guys can train 3D will be huge ! Hope they follow the 50 pricing even thru the parts. I think thats where mfg kill us. Cheap buy in with jacked up parts. The 50 parts are real reasonable

he said his current E bird was set up as FAI so it is heavier than the production bird will be ( but was still the lightest FAI setup at nats)

trust me.. I get my info right from the source.

12lbs for an FAI E or even E 3D bird is not heavy.

and Nitro will be even lighter by a good bit.

Trust me this entire team has all been flying T700Ns.. the Rave 90 is going to fly at least as good as the T700N for 3D.. my bets are even better.
