I simply cannot belive how great this little machine flys. This weekend I finally fixed its last little quirk. The tail was "nervous" even though I'm using a GY401. So I put stiffer tail rotor blades on it and VIOLA! - total locked up tail!!

It thinks it's a Rappy 90 and I'm not going to tell it otherwise.

OK, I won't tell, does he know he's left handed?

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

I just looked that up on the Horizon Hobby site. It says it's discontinued. I also notice Horizon is selling Align helis now. Has this been for a while?

Far as I know nobody sells the kit anymore. Besides, how many people could afford the $350 asking price!!?? I got mine second hand for 150 clams.

Speaking of Horizon, I was really surprized to see that they still have what appears to be all the parts in stock - just add money and lots of it.

T-rex cracked me up.

Mitchilito,

I still have my flyer and the complete kit in the box. Helihobby may actually still have a kit or two and does have some parts. The cnc aluminum frame is a mere 165.00. If you put one together from parts it would cost 3K

Mine hasnt been getting much action lately..but I have been flying my big helis a lot.

How are you doing with your WW Sport?

JImmy

I found two great upgrades for the Parkmite: carbon fiber tail & rotor blades from the MS Composit H3D heli. They fit perfectly and improve the Parkmite performance. :-)

Cheers

Did you stick wit the stock skid setup? Good to know about some other rotor blades. I have a box full of them I have bought to try. Almost all of them are too thick at the root

I need to put my flyer back together. One side of the center yoke of the head broke off at the point that would be a feathering shaft on most helis where it goes into the grip and the grip bolt threads into. Ill have to rob the part from my extra kit. I hate to but ...Ill have to to get it goung again.

Where do to get the MS Composit Hornet...is it X3D blades??
Thanks,

Jimmy
