I am building the upgraded version of the Ikarus Royal I purchased from IKARUS USA before they closed. They sent me the upgrades for the rotorhead. The head revision has the linkage balls on the rotor grips facing forward (ball on leading edge). I'd like to know from someone who has done the revision if the swash direction must be reversed for proper operation? ie the swash must now move down for positive pitch in the main blades and vice versa. Thanks in advance. Just wanted to be sure.

swash control movement direction

I can now answer this myself. YES the direction is reversed. Positive pitch is achieved when the swash travels downwards.
