She flew on her own at first. It wasn't until she knew how to hover and basic forward flight that we started buddy boxing. Buddy boxing helped because she only flew very close to the ground by herself. This got her up in the air where she had more room to correct mistakes. She's been solo for a couple years now.

I got a helicopter for my girlfriend,
Hope she doesn't outfly me soon!

I want to buddy box 1505girl,but my radio is a 2.4 and her's is a 72mhz,so i will have to figure something out,i've heard you can't mix the two radios in a buddy box situation.
If your girl's been flying for a few years now,bet she can really rip it up then. as the orginal poster said,it's as cool at it gets to see women flying helis(sometimes better than us men)

it's better to ask for forgiveness than for permission
