I guess it's a case of "Nothing Stays The Same" ?!?

Check this out .. read down to page 5 .. it seems that Multiplex actually bought the tooling from LMH, and created the "FunCopter" using LMH's mechanics .. note the landing gear ( which I hate ), flybar, blade grips, blades, etc ...
