It went in as Jambalaya, but came out like Jumangi! Just kiddin! Great stuff, had 5 bowls of it! It's worth the trip all by it's self.

They are calling for a 50% chance of showers this afternoon and tonight. Forecast say it should clear up by tomorow morning after 8am.

The rain will be over tonight, the forecast is down to 20% chance of rain on Saturday.

Just finished making the Jamaican jerk dressing for the burgers tomorow, quite good. :D
