My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Rock Valley RC Flyers Club is having it's first heli fun fly on Saturday and Sunday, September 5th & 6th, at the Rockford Park District R/C Flying Field, located at 3352 Harrison Road, Rockford, IL. (West of Rockford)

Starting at 9:00am Til ????, pilot's meeting at 10:30 AM, and a Night Fly Saturday night.

Vendor for Food and Drinks

All Helicopters (Electric/Glow/Gas/& Turbines) are welcomed

Bad Frequency Channels 27, 28, 29 –please do not use

One time $10.00 Landing Fee, good for both days.

Hey Guys,

I have been working with Ray to come up a couple of nice raffle prizes for the upcoming Rockford Fun Fly Labor Day weekend. Here are the details :

Tickets are 1.00 a piece.
No need to be present to participate or win.
One kit per winner.
Proceeds from raffle, if any, will go back to the Rock Valley RC Club to fund future events. If there is enough participation a 3rd kit prize will be added. If you can't make the event and wish to participate please PM me with how many tickets you want and I will send you back ticket numbers and place your name on them.
The first prize will be a TREX 500 Superior Combo Kit. This is the kit, cyclic servos, blades, esc, and motor.




The second item will be a GAUI 425 Kit. Not many pics of it yet.

Sorry for not being at my post. There will be a generator there for the sound system, but that is about it. The club is working on getting power out there, but that will be awhile.

We do have a nice shelter area, and next year there will be a second one on the flight line.

If you need power, please bring a generator......for now.
