For time saving ,, I am not going to do a full build pictorial ,,, most can follow manuals .. I will just cover things I found off or hard to understand in the manual .

I first noticed while install servos that the two main shafts were not aligned ... mine were off by 3 or so degrees ... Needs to be dead on I would think .

The next thing was the little ball links ...some have shoulders on them and some had no shoulder ... from looking at the pictures ...the shoulder ones go on the servo arms ... which leaves the non shoulder one to go on the heads .!!???? nothing covered in the manual on that ...
I left the one shown unscrewed to show the no shoulder better and will tighten it down after posting

P.S.
There were plastic clamp on spacers with the HS 45 servos that are just about right on for making the elevator servo arm line up with the swash plate arm .

The rotor blades are marked A and B sets ... A goes on the front ... B on the back .
Timing the blades can be set by loosening the set screw on the top shaft collar and lowering the shaft and gear away from the gear and turning until rotors are close to timed .

I made gyro mount plates (2) and clamp to permanently attach the gyro to the mechanics ,,instead of on the fuselage side .

And will do the same for the battery mount.

Another update ... just been pmed by a rep and seems the problems that we are having (instructions and backwards modes, etc. and probably the servo mount ) are our own problems .. as the bird is not suppose to be released to us here in the states yet .

Thus the no English 368 manual and probably some of the other things that we are picking at .He wants to help us get things straightened out so this bad little boy flies good for us even though we jumped the gun and got pre release kits ,,, which has always been my experience when dealing with Gaui .

Hopefully Gaui will be watching our threads and some of this will not show up in the US released kits to come across .
Guess Boyd and I are kind of their beta testers here in the US .....

This is not the first time we've been rode hard and put up wet. I am very dissappointed that you had to shell out the big bucks for a Pre-release model Larry.

Me too but it isn't the first time and probably won't be the last ... I rather enjoy trouble shooting first run stuff ,, it makes the simple models a real challenge ... to bad I can't get connected and get them the way you do

Whats with you STUR? there are very few things in this world that are totally unique and I dont think anyone here is claiming so, it doesnt gain anything copying the same response over multiple posts

The Hungarian project is very nice, well thought out and obviously well built, completely spoilt by your inane postings here, let it stand on its own merits please!!!
