Should I wait for another week to post this story over here? Or should you send me a new BEC once you receive it?

This is what you told me on the first call in Dec. "Once you receive the defected BEC, you would send me a new one right away".

Does right away = ~20 day? How difficult to arrange a postman to ship the BEC? How come I placed the order in mid-Dec and you sent me the tracking # in 2-3 days. Why the 2nd BEC cannot be sent at the same speed? I understood that your shop got robbed and I don't bother you for couple days. However, no new tracking # provided from your side caused me so mad. Hope you can understand the customer.

I have been flying this NSP since mid-Dec and I feel lucky that the align 2 in 1 still let me fly every weekend.

alexay, why don't you just buy from Hong Kong companies, then you won't have to wait and you can hand carry the part you obviously burned up yourself.

I can't find this product in Hong Kong and friends among me brought this product from other on-line shop and they are fine. I also have experience to buy heli product from others shop and I was happy to buy stuff from them. THis is the first time I brought stuff from rcheliworkz and this is my bad experience.

Plus, I'll contact the Arizon guy to get the status.

Up to this moment, I don't think u guys understand what customer service is. Think about me!!!

So you fry a bec and the hobby shop agrees to replace it for you? I know he did not have to do that, whether it was your fault or not. RCHeliworks (as usual) is going out of their way to help you and you air your one sided story in public. Not very classy in my opinion. Childish and lame come to mind. If it were me I'd send the defective one back to you and let you deal with it.

as you can see everyone here has high regard for Chris and his shop take that bec to any other retailer and they would refer you to fromeco he was trying to help you out and you are to blinded to see it

I got a reply from Kurt and he will send me another one. The reason that I post this complain onto runryder and helifreak because you are not following the agreement and you made me frustrated on this shopping experience.

Personally, I don't think that I am doing anything wrong and I don't understand why this people wrote so many things to protect you. Perhaps, they are not in my situation.

Anyway, Kurt agreed to send me a new one and I am not going to write anymore on this forum.

I am a little late to jump in here, but Chris is the owner of the LHS where I trade. Just an example of what a stand-up guy he is, I bought some parts the other day. I was due a small discount as a member of the local flying club. Chris was busy at the time, and neither of us noticed that I did not get the discount.

I would have never noticed.

Before I got home, Chris had sent me a PM, telling me that he had forgotten to give me the discount. I would have let it go and never asked him for it, but next time I was in the store, he brought it up. He insisted that I take the discount of the next part Ii bought, even though I told him to just keep it.

Chris has been most helpful to me getting into this hobby, is free with his advice as a proponet of the hobby, and above all, goes out of his way to be fair and honest.

My support goes to Chris and his place - one of the best, if not the best, hobby shop I have ever seen, and a genuinely good guy. I tryst he will do what is right, and would bet he will go above and beyond what he is REQUIRED to do, just for the good will.

YOU CAN BUY HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!!

Another late chimer,

Chris and RC Heliworkz is the shop that i drive over 1 hr to for almost everything and that is because of service and his stock supply of almost anything that i need or don't need.

Alexay, You are obviously the true example that they grow MORONS in Hong Kong just like they do in the US but maybe in higher numbers at the rate your breed likes to multiply. Chris has been more than helpful and has gone out of his way to correct your defect, whether it's the reg or just you. The best thing you could have done is bought another and had it shipped to you, returned the def. one and got a refund on it. That way it would have gotten shipped while he still had some in stock. If he agreed to swap it out then buying another and getting a refund for the first one would have been the same principal and not as much of a waiting period due to overseas shipping. As much business as Chris does i can see him selling all 6 reg's within a 2 week period especially if he had them in stock when other shops did not.

This would have been assuming he still had the replacement in stock when yours made it back across the pond. In which they were not by the time yours got back to him. He is a store, he sells the product, he doesn't make them. Do you see any resemblence between "RC Heliworkz" & "Fromeco Arizona". No, he is only a dealer, not a manufacturer.


Just thought i would back the rest of the supporters up now i'm done. What are the odds he will be back at it again claiming the replacement is defective. If so then he needs to be pointed directly to FA and follow their rules this time around.

Alex we all understand that your frustrated about not having an item extremely quick but our angry at you isn't because of that situation its because you have purposely started 3 (maybe more) threads that have the title and attitude of someone who is conveying the message that they were ripped off or scammed and is slandering the name of a good heli store.

you were not ripped off
you were not scammed
you were offered a full refund but declined and decided to wait.


Putting Warning in the thread and do not buy is implying that you have been victim to a scam or seriously bad service, but you have not.

This section is for serious warnings about "companies" or persons that have ripped of or illegally scammed honest people out of there money and is used as a reference point so that other buyers don't get caught in their traps.

That is why people do not like this Thread and are requesting you change the title to something that resembles the actual situation.
