I've also posted this in the flight sim section.

I love pheonix and it has greatly improved my flying.

The system that i'm using at the moment is to run this page:

http://www.fly3dx.com/setManoeuvres.htm

If you click on the red arrows it will show you how to break down the manouvers etc.

Now if you shrink that page down and start your flight sim you can quickly flick between the two programs without shutting one down, by pressing your windows keyboard key, (usually a picture of a flag on it).

You can switch between the two at will and is great for practicing 3d.

It would be great if someone could put together a video on each of these manuvers with stick shots and break them down, like Alan Szabo did in his DVD.

I think understanding the manuever and what it is supposed to look like and what stick movements are required are half the battle to performing them. The rest is practice.
