| Carey Shurley | I think you'll find the full circle crank a hit'n'miss solution. Smooth running is all about engine balance (assuming that nothing is twisted) and getting the top end matched with a particular crankshaft is the trick.Just swapping out the crank probably isn't going to make your vibration problem better, in fact it may get worse.Even Zenoah didn't do such a hot job with engine balance with the G26, thats why they will rattle your teeth at high rpm's. There's some rumor that they may have fixed this with the G270 but thats a wait and see. | ||

| bwarkent | Do you have any pictures of the modified piston you were using. Just curious how much lightening had been done. Unfortunately your links from January no longer work. P.S Sorry about the engine. FYI, check the boat forums, there are some good instructions on how to mod the engine yourself if your mechanically inclined. | ||

| neverhappy | Crank Hello everyone, i don't know if this will work on a heli motor. I run 1/5th scale truck with a zenoah race ported 26cc. I was going buy another truck with a 23cc cy engine and build it up. I have a stuffed crank +.002 that If interested pm me. looks the same as your first pic. Like I said don't know if It will work in a PUH zenoah engine. I do know it will work with cy and zenoah car/truck motors.Jeff | ||
