My Posts This: Topic Forum | I wouldn't remove ANY diameter, you will want the tight fit with that amount of torque.
If you just lightly press the arm on the splines, then check the alignment. Then go to the next spline if you're off until you find the correct alignment. After that just press HARD to seat the arm onto the servo shaft/splines.
I use JR HD servo arms and they are even more difficult to push onto the servo. But they will not slip or strip the servo arm splines.
I like the tight fit with that amount of torque.
