Lee Marshall

Wayne, Lee does not fly with us, but I had a PM from him a couple of weeks ago, he said that work commitments are taking up a lot of his time
He may read this and get in touch

Latest addition to the fleet

Thanks Mark, The first flight is always a bit tentative, especially now its on 2.4
Some stills, the Lama needs stripping again to replace a blown teflon exhaust connector, time to do a few more adjustments to get it flying at it's best, then refit the doors and interior and finish the existing scale details

Having Fun

Dave, Congratulations on passing your "B"
Going to the Nationals now?
Are you at Red Lodge next week?
It is good to get a group of like minded people, interested in the same thing
Our club is an open club dedicated to scale and turbine,We are affiliated to the BMFA,and follow the safety guide, but have no committee laying down stupid rules, all desisions are made by the group, we have no fees, as the main site (heli port) with free tea and coffee is provided courtesy of CJ, any 3rd party insurance is allowed
Our aim is to enjoy what we do and stretch ourselves, to make it more interesting,( the latest was to have 4 scale in the air at the same time take off circuit and land)
We all belong to other clubs, and fly off other sites, but Saturdays weather permitting we join up at CJ's
Through the season some of us follow the circuit, and participate in the scale comps
Anybody who is into scale and turbine is wellcome
Thanks for following the topic
