My Posts This: Topic Forum | I love everything about my Beam. Only two things bothered me a bit. With all the super quality parts throughout I was surprised that they made the horizontal fin mount and rudder servo mount from plastic! While they work just fine I thought they needed to be aluminum to keep the metal theme going throughout the bird.
I ordered Tuesday, received and installed these parts on mine tonight:
Horizontal fin mount: http://www.helidirect.com/product_i...roducts_id=4448 I cut off the control rod guide on mine. You could leave it if you use that type of setup.

I especially like the servo mount because it's two piece. I was able to pop the plastic mount off and install the aluminum servo mounts one at a time WITHOUT disturbing the rudder servo position.
There may be cheaper parts out there. I don't know. I like to buy from places that have been good to me in the past and HeliDirect is one of them!
