| I would go for something else. I don't fly one but I know two others that do. On both machines, as previously said the clutch bearing does not hold up for very long. It's the same system as the Raptors and it seems that this very expensive heli had a clutch designed one late Fiday afternoon - not good enough. Get a 700 - cheap and flies just as well. The 700 was good enough to win the masters so that's proof enough

Cheap is exactly right, but it certainly does not fly just as well! Trust me on that one, I have first hand experience and actually own both of them. There is nothing that fly's as good as the Aurora.
As far as Sprague goes, yes there have been issues but thats it! The Aurora has probably had less issues with the release than any other manufacture out there!
OR, you can get a 700 that has ball links breaking, main gears stripping, swash plates falling parts, slop everywhere...should I go on?
Look, I am not trying to start something here but my point is every heli has it's strong and weak points and depending on what you are looking for will determine which heli you should buy or invest in.
For example, if you want pure performance at any cost, get the Aurora. If you want to have parts available at every corner hobby shop, than buy a 700. Bottom line, it depends on what YOU are looking for not what we think you should buy.
