sorry all,

Ive been so busy at work, I had to work over the weekend to meet a deadline, that I havent had any spare time to make any progress on this, let alone fly my own machine--(Its been about 3 weeks since Ive had any stick time!)

So far I have about 6 sets accounted for, any other takers?

Hey Guys,

Im really sorry theres been no news on this project, Ive been quite busy with other things, and havent even been able to fly recently.
This economic "crisis" has effected my line of work in a big way. In an effort to make sure things get done right, and that the design is the best it can be, Ive been updating the design. The rudder servo on the prototype in the photos requires a longer servo arm, that Im not comfortable with, so Ive been sliding that area around trying to make the arm short and as parallel to the boom as possible. The other area of concern is the swash servos. Ive made them stock with the addition of being able to slide them left and right to be able to have room adjust the servo links slightly, however Ive been listening to requests for larger servo options such as the 3650, which makes things extremely challenging. Im trying to work on these so that interest doesnt fade by the time they are completed.

Thanks
Doug

Man , I realy like the frames twinring. For 1.5 mm , they are VERY strong!!! I can`t believe how rigid they are. They feel stronger than steel, but as light as a feather. Very impressive .I`m just waiting on some parts for my frames. I did some trading around to get the parts I needed. Money is very scarce lately..
I am very impressed with these new frames twinring. You always come up with some GOOD stuff for the EP8`s!! Thanks!!
