i heard from the guy flying the N5 now that it hopefully in the next 3 months, i went down to Atlanta sunday and watched Matt botos fly the N5, its bad ass! no pics, sorry guys, matt only had 14 flights on it as of sunday mourning and no pics were allowed, in respect to matt and synergy. its super fast, and semmed very stable also, and is fully programmable from mild to wild, he wasnt flying in wild yet and it was still fast enough! i cant imagine faster. it also has some new style servo trays making changing broken frames nothing, it kinda looks like a smaller N9 but still has many diffrent New designs in it. i will deffinatly have one when avaiable.

I asked about a release date on another thread and a dRaptor had spoken to Matt Botos at a flyin and his response.

This is what Matt said:
"The goal is definitely to release the N5 this year. I'm pushing very hard to get the kit out as soon as possible".

That is similar to what Bobby Watts said about the new MA 90 in a video at IRCHA 2008. He said: "The new MA 90 will be available whenever it is available"

These types of answers give you some hope, so you don't go out and purchase something else, but they could take a long long time...

Can't wait to see both helis in person.

Of course they do. You hit it squarely on the nailhead. But to hear it from the horses mouth is better than wishful thinking rumours. The N5s were supposed to come out Mar/Apr this year after a few false start rumours. I was tired of waiting for an Aurora so I got a Synergy N9. I was tired of waiting for a N5 so I I got a Vibe. I like the Vibe 50 so much I got a second one and I fly it more than my N9.

Like pay raises, I'll believe it when I see it.

It is a different animal. It does fly better and it is just that the presence of it is 1 of a kind. You will see. Now get that thing fired up and tell us what you think.
