If you only have to bend over once to pick it up it's a good landing.

They just don't rip people off, period.

Occasionally they might make a mistake with packing your order, or the carrier might lose it(not Tower's fault anyhow), but if they make a mistake, rest assured they'll fix it. Their customer service is excellent.

Mikado Logo 400, hopefully ready by spring.

I just wish they would stock more brands of helicopter's, Very helpful people and i remember as a kid in the early 70's looking for there magazine so i could drool. You dont stay in business for that long if you suck.

One main reason for their great customer service comes from the following excerpt from Tower's history...
