Thank you, for taking time and writing a comment.
Yeah this Baby makes me feel much better, hope my Outrage 3700 will arrive soon to fly for first time in my life a 91er E bird under 3999g or 8.796lbs

My friend Hans, couldn't stand it that I had built such a lightweight and took me away my bird.

So I went down and made a new one.
Sure, a more light one.
During writing here my friend Hans told me that he comes in the morning to took the second one also.
With such friends, work will never stop.

Some pictures, from Suzi-Hans, on the third photo before end, you can see the weight in gram.

Crazy Boys, stop that.
I don't wanna hear something like, "more lightweight please".

No there are not existing links to helium CF sheets, it was real hard hard work to getting things together to come to real 3,69kg.

Will tell you how it works, you have to spend every second from the day on the project over some time, until you start dreaming
on and from it. Then your mind is open for creating. Not before.

On this place, thanks to Jason to give with the 700N a basic for the project.
Without him, for me, this would never be possible to make.

Think very soon you will here from a lot of people, which are living in the far far away land, flying with big joy their toy

Thanks again papatango.

We had some flights in the last days, on which yesterday Hubi John was flying hardcore 3D for 3min 20sec, backload 1,6Ah in the battery.
I did also well 3D but not as hard as John did, 6min 2,5Ah backload.
John had open his ESC in rpm regulator mode from 100to180%, for JR user from 50-90%, I had all the time 155% open in rpm regulator mode, or 77.25% in JR stile.
This looks very good. May be with the new style of Lipos which are holding the Volts yery stiff, one tooth down on the pinion will be good and bring some flyingtime.
But this we will see after our Loggs.

Here a Log

and here a Video, not best quality but you can see what is possible with my idea from a Big-E copter.
Yes the begin is impressive, but near the end you see with low rpm some small 3D things, for this I built him, low weight hangs better in the air

Peter thats wicked!! It looks like a humming bird on crystal meth....

I was looking at your 1st design; what angle are the stock aileron links from the servo to push pull on? Are they -18 degrees from horizontal, on the stock align 700?

Great flying . Man , one thing, you should install a bigger motor on that bird. X-Era 4030-2.5Y Kv 560 or the 4030 3y Kv 470 on 12s TP 3850s. And then you will get better performance all around

here's the X-Era motor in my joker 3DD (5300 grams)

@misskimo

Not to offend anyone but:
Why a bigger Motor? This ship only weights 3.7 KG. So its 1,6kg less than your 3DD. In the video it seems not underpowered to me.

Furthermore I think the Outrage lipo has a better performance than the TP since its a new design. The 3850 V2 series is over an year old maybe more and there is happend a lot in Lipo performance-or am I wrong?

I think the new Pro Power will show some improvement but only time will tell.

Regards from the raining :-( Denmark

It is a funny thing to fly with the Suzi-Hans in the the right rpm range.

Sorry didn't measure the angle

misskimo
may be if my friend and I, could handle the sticks like some pros, it would be funny to put inside a bigger bang motor, but for us this is more as enought, so much that we have to slow down the rpm arround 1950 to fly what we can

your YT-link to not work, I had also to play a little arround to find the right one ID number out of the link

That's one awesome frame!!! Would you sell the drawing set or make it available somehow? Direct swash servo control and rear battery entry are two things I really want. I also need a helicopter to show off my motors and an ultra light 700 sounds just right
