Just got back from FXA owners home. I went there to pick up some parts I needed the same day. I've known these guys for many years and I can vouch for them. I asked about this particular thread and what they tell me is that the background of this order was that this guy was a new customer of theirs. It was a shady deal to begin with. He ordered the parts and had this shipped as a bday present to someone else. That someone else had signed for the item and accepted to package. Upon receiving item, the person claims to have an empty packaging and contacts the person who ordered it to contact FXA.

FXA then learns that the order was paid via paypal but the person who did the ordering borrowed the paypal account to pay for the item.

Basically it all boiled down to a very weird transaction and FXA believes this is some kind of fraudulent activity. Since the item was signed for USPS won't do anything.

Obviously this is all hearsay since you are not hearing it direct from FXA so take all this with a grain of salt. I may have distorted the details.. But thats what I remember from my conversation with them.

FXAeromodels have always been Great to deal with for many years, no problems. Two days delivery to Florida.I have talked with Mavis many times, never a single problem. She has called before to answer a question that I asked.

ReadyHeli, FXAeromodels, and Modefosheli are best on the net.

Good questions misskimo!
