it was an interesting weekend at the FunFly. Thanks to all those that put it together . The food was very tasty , there was plenty of flying action on saturday . I got to visit RCheliworkz and was very impressed by the stock on hand and the size of it . There were parts for just about every helicopter and chris better half was in charge that afternoon .
Enjoyed even with the weather not cooperating , saw many friends and got to crash my new SDX because of geting really creative with my adjustments to make it quicker and hotter on the seconf fly .
Anyway, thanks again to all the people that made it posible.

Roberto.

ff

Just got home, it was very fun. The wind kinda sucked for my 200 and 450 but I still had a blast. It was just what I needed to try some new moves that I wont try on my own. Thanks guys. What the heli was a very cool guy to meet, nice flying by the way.

Bet I cant fly that junk

Raffle winnings

Congratulations on a nice event and for raising so much money for the fight against Autism. I came over from Durham NC on Saturday (got up at 2 AM.... yikes!). I hope you guys had better weather Sunday.

I won a few things in the raffle and would like to get contact info so I can send some thank you notes. I already e-mailed Jeff at Heli Wholesalers who donated the Spartan gyro and USB interface. I won a kit that he had donated the weekend before at Heli-Invasion in VA (and met someone at your event that had just built that exact model). I would like to contact Perfect Regulators for the Push Button Glow Driver (that I will use on the heli I won the in VA) and also KBDD for the tail rotors/flybar paddles (that I will certainly use eventually). If someone could either PM me or post that info here I'd appreciate it. Thank you. Hope to see y'all next year (and by then, register and fly - I've only been a spectator so far).

Noah

As a spectator who hasn't flown "real" helis yet I must say I was very impressed with Noah. I felt bad when the 450 went down late in the afternoon. He has a great attitude, though, and I think he'll do real well.

noahsdad, This is Andy. Was really impressed with Noahs dedication. For those who dont know, he has been simming for the last year while he mowed lawns among other things to save up for his first heli, a 450 Pro.

PS: Hope the Thunder Power blades are working well for you. They were always my favorite blades.
