I just got a set of Outrage 6s 2500 25c packs for my Trex 500 and found that they fit my Lepton. Now you should know that I have removed the plastic battery trays to accomodate larger batteries. There is still a few mm of vertical clearance. So far these fit as well as FP Evo 20 5s 3700. They are also around 375g.

I picked up a TP 2700 mAh 6s 30c pack at my LHS today. It fits barely with the trays removed so I thought I might put the trays on inverted to retain frame rigidity. I also will probably need to sand the frame a bit to make the fit a little sloppier, it is snug.

If buy everything from start, I would straightly go for 6S setup. If you go for 6S 2000mah 25C/30C, you have chance to setup Letpon around 1490g - 1550g. Kontronik 15-16 can handle very well if you get 1490g - 1550g flying weight. Anything close to 1600g, 15-16 will not be a good choice. Hacker A30-12XL would also be a good choice with 6S setup.

Just to share what equipments we used.
Lepton Sketched Kit (Long boom)
CCPM servos : Sanwa 762 digital - 22.6g, 4.8V 0.13s, 3.9kg, Metal gear.
Gyro set : GY520 + 9257 (5.5v)
Motor : Kontronik 15-16 (150g)
ESC : Jeti Spin55
RX : Spektrum AR6200

Your Lepton then will come to ~1186g

I didn't really notice the difference in weight from a pair of 3s 2200 mAh packs to the TP 6s 2700. I'm sure it is 2-3 oz heavier but the power was very strong and for a solid 5 min. Battery temps went from 150-160 t0 110 deg so I am stoked. I was killing the smaller 25c packs.
