I didn't use it with my V-bar, but the Hitec 6965 is a great tail servo that I've used with a number of other gyros. It'll run on 6v unregulated, and give you somewhere in the region of 120oz/in at .08. I replaced the BLS-251 and 8900g I was running with the 6965HB, and the performance is just as good at a much lower price.

Since your wanting to do hard core 3D you could prolly notice a difference. I don't believe I could.

They are still new in package......

engine and pipe arrived from Hanson! Everything looks sweet! I was going to put the fan on and dial it, but after all the hype from lazy-b about century fans being unbalanced im going to take it to school and have it spun to 14k . Im still looking for a good tail servo. I was experimenting with an 8900G on my trex 600N FBL and I had to turn the gain down on the gyro sensitivity just to get the tail to stop wagging during very fast backward inverted flying. That 8900G is super duper fast ...too fast for the predator in my opinion. I think I need more torque and could care less for blazing speeds such as the .05 /60 speed.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		so i wasnt able to spin the fan today because the equipment was not available.

Question: How well are the century fans made? Should I be trying to balance that fan firther or is it okay as is.

I was looking at Aces' gallery and im thinking this might be the best way to dial in the fan. I have never done this before. Im pretty much an electric guy! This way looks best to me, because I have the super HD fan hub and it has some flat spots right at the brim/top of the fan. Please let me know guys! Ill be posting some pics really soon.

Slow but stead progress. I just want to make sure everything is done right. I dial indicated the outermost surface of the fan to .001. It was hovering around .0005-.001 actually. Next, I dialed in the clutch on the fan and there was actually no difference, between the two opposite ends where the clutch doesnt expand. This makes me very excited. Seems like Al @ BH hanson did an extremely superb job with my motor!
