Am having trouble with my mixer system, with a 2700mAh battery, at 5.5v, when I activate my controls, the screen goes blank and the light goes from green to red, as well as the controls work intermittently. Anybody had this problem? Does anybody know where I can get a manual for the system?

Have Not Heard Of Anything....

Are you certain that you have ALL of the plugs in properly, they are very detailed on page 70 of the manual... had to ask... this is the first that I am hearing anything about anyone having a problem..... also have you checked the voltage to make sure that you are not actually hitting with a higher voltage with a fresh charge???
When you first turn the system on it should be going from red to green.... Check the polarity of each per that page... if that does not clear it up, contact Hirobo here on RR and Dan might be able to help you out...
