My Posts This: Topic Forum | These pics look like something is really messed up. We will start at the beginning. Please forgive me if I get to basic but I do not know your level of experience.
Since the TT part of the linkages are not adjustable between the bellcrank and the swash, you will have to work your way around that.
The swash setup does not look like it is a "normal" 120° CCPM setup, so make sure that your TX is set for the correct swash setting per the TT manual.
In the second pic the servo arm, bellcrank and links, look close to where they should be when at mid stick and 0 pitch. so lets start there. The following steps will need to be done for each of the cyclic servos. and these steps should be in your TT manual.
1. set all trims in the TX to center, set all sub trims to 0.
2. Remove the servo wheel and set the wheel back on the servo so that the 2 balls will form a 90° angle with the links. You can use the corner of a piece of paper as a guide. put the arm on so that you are as close to that 90 as possible and then use the Sub Trim to get it just right.
3. Check both links to be sure that they are both the same length and that length is equal to the distance from the center of the servo wheel to the center of the pivot point of the bellcrank.
Now is where it may start to get a little tricky
4. Adjust the 2 vertical links that are between the bellcranks and the swash till the swash is level. both links should end up the same length and that length should match the the TT manual.
5. Now move the swash up and down and make sure that there is no binding at either end and make sure that it is moving in the correct directions. This is where the differences start, The TT has the swash move up for positive pitch and the Phazor head needs the swash to move down for positive pitch. tilt forward when you move the right stick up and tilt left when you move the right stick left.
6. Now adjust the 2 short links that run from the mixing arms to the flybar carrier. You will need to adjust these so that the mixing arms are both level and parallel to each other while the flybar carrier is also level. From the way the pics look you may need to shorten the metal links. both links should end up the same length.
7. Now adjust the long links that run at an angle so that the inner ball is level with the the flybar with the flybar level. Again both links should be the same length, and again the pics look like you may need shorter metal rods.
8. now finally adjust the short links to the blades to get your 0° pitch.
9. Now go back and check the full travel of the swash to be sure that there is no binding anywhere.
That should get you pretty close, now you can go into the TX menus to set up what you want for top and bottom pitch. When you are all done, check again for binding and that everything is moving the right way.
I am sure that I glossed over something to quick or missed something that I took for granted, so feel free to hit me with the questions.
Now I must go rest my fingers.
