you guys fall asleep. went through 6 packs this morning and afternoon. i guess i'm flying while you guys are at work. been contracting so i'm off for awhile right now. one close call where my heli chased me head high but saved it. noone tell povern. flight #25 batteries charging. one battery saw it's last flight though. nice and puffy. so that's gonna slow me down till i get my 3 new flight powers in the mail. you might have a chance yet guys. lovin it!
as far as "not crashing, not pushing yourself" i'm trying to do something new every few flights and shaking like a leaf everytime. if i pushed anymore i may explode.

i think we've cursed ourlelves. who's next? Papa Sal , Heli Nuts, me!! raining here today so i'm doing some maintenance on the birds. got some kong powers in today though and 3 more coming. gotta go get those deans on em' and get um' ready for tommorrow. keep it up guys. next flight i'm gonna really push myself, and maybe this can turn into the best crash story thread!

had her nose in for a couple seconds. lots of side in hovering. still not real steady side in. for some reason i keep it pretty steady left and right but i guess i forget about forward backward so it's stays moving to much to call it a hover really. 30 flights.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i was at 36 flights until this morning. i've been doing quite a bit of ff and got brave today trying some pirouettes. i had the bird about 40 ft out and did a piro. and i had slowed my piro rate down because it was lightning fast. i stopped the tail with the heli almost nose in. i felt cofortable and was going to bring the tail around nice and easy. the heli had some lean angle on it and i didn't get the tail around fast enough and in st 2 she came at me nice and hot. i had enough time to duck a shoulder and took the 450 full rpm in the arm. just a couple minor scratches, had the sense enough to hit the switch as soon as she hit and damage was ,main gear,flybar (looks like a snake) radix blades and that's it. have everything except main gear so i ordered some extra's. i put a batt. in my other trex and did some piro's right after to shake the fear and went great. good thing im not flying 90's. this is why i fly alone for now.

my # is back to 1 now.

My dear friend Charlie had an extra chopper.....and gave it to me. You just gotta love like minded friends. My first nitro bird w/ OS 50. Somebody's got to trade me a gyro and a govenor for my OS FS-91 engine???? I have it on the wanted or trade list...to be continued

if the pix are in your computer. go to your rr home and click my gallery , scroll down and click browse and your pictures should pull up. click on the pic you want and open it and it will show up in the browse on rr and click upload . like to see that hawk.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Yeah She's a real sweetie, Charlie was going to use her for a Scale Bell, but changed his mind and will make it an electric. So I've been putting the boom and canopy back together. She's got a scale muffler that I can't get off.....one of the bolts is welded ( I'm guessing)to the engine mount. Tomorrow morning I'm going to use a soldering iron to heat just the bolt, see if will loosen from the engine. the muffler will un-thread 1/2 a turn, but I can't get the head to bust loose. If that dosen't work I'll try to get the engine out. I DON'T want to strip the head. What do you think?
