You can try all you like to find a way to justify "road rage" like this, but the real bottom line is that NOBODY should risk injuring a person with a radio-controlled model. It is so totally lame to blame the victim, as obviously the person controlling the car could have backed off to reduce speed and/or steered the car away from a collision.
Now let's consider, for a moment, that somehow the "car-guys" HAVE rented the track for the day.. Where are the marshall, fences or signs? Nope, I con't see them either. Now let's consider that they would instead just tell people that have exclusive use of the track. Are you suggesting that the victim was shown a copy of the lease and decided to ignore this and deliberately put herself at risk?
Give me a break. Face it, the girl was the victim, no matter what kind of pathetic spin you might like to attempt. I guess I am also glad I live a long way away from your models....
