My Posts This: Topic Forum | lets change the scenario, say there was a person walking a dog, all of a sudden, this RC car comes flying at you from the hill, similar to the young girl. Obviously the Guy walking the dog cannot see over the hill, and the RC operator cannot see beyond the hill. Who's at fault now.
back to the video. The young girl was just riding her bike, having fun, it's a beautiful day for a bike ride.
The RC operator, it's a good day to fool around and have fun
The girl is in direct control of her bike and can avoid objects in her path. The RC operator, is remotely operating the vehicle, and cannot see beyond his current position.
The point I'm trying to say, the RC operator used extremely poor judgment, where he stood, he lacked the ability to see beyond the hill. In addition he has this remote controlled projectile once it goes over the hill he does not know what the vehicle will do. If he could not see the girl coming, then he could see where the RC truck could travel.
If you are a police office and arrived on the scene, what do you think would happen.
statment from young girl: I was riding my bike and this BIG RC Truck comes flying over the hill and hit me, I didn't know they were there.
Statement from RC operator: we were just having fun, I was trying to drive the truck over the hill to see how far it will go, ( or some story to this effect), then this girl came from behind the hill, and the truck hit her.
Now If I was a Police office, Young Innocent girl on a leisurely bike ride. or a clown using poor judgment on where he decided to have fun
Young Girl Wins hands down!
We are born with brains, but not common sense.
Finally learned to fly inverted, Helps if you stand on your head
