Apparently, it looks that many pilots are using 2.4Ghz radio now. Do you have an idea how many pilots use JR/spektrum and how many use Futaba ?

I believe airplane side had less than 21.

So that is 42 for the heli side alone for each day and 40 for airplanes. So, if he took all the videos, there should be 164 more videos.

Simple, He Won, a lonely non sponsored pilot, thats whats up.

Regardless of Terry Hahn's score, he was the talk of te XFC. No one has ever put so much work and $$$ into a routine. I heard somewhere that he went there with 3 airplanes and expectec to come back with zero. He landed the night routine with only half or the horizontal stab, and burned spots through the airplane. (from the safety side, I am sure was ready to ditch it if it caught fire or started loosing control,) Yeah, he was commited.

Can't wait to see what he tries next year.

Way to go Team GTO!

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		...answered my own question - in WMP under Tools, Options, Player, i clicked "Download codec's automatically"...upon playing the video, it prompts to download the new codec - problem solved!! (it seems like "Download automatically" should be the default)...

...kinda confusing, though - when i didn't have the box checked and clicked for Windows Help for the error message, Windows told me it had no info on the error message i was getting...

...so i've missed out on several months of videos because i didn't have a box checked in my WMP 10...i've got a lot of catching up to do...

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Not only was Terry's night flight cool, but in one round his plane appeared to disappear below the runway before popping back up to continue the routine. The plane was so low in fact that one of the XFC folks blew an air horn indicating that his plane was down and the flight was over.
