I have been experiencing the exact same problem and just snapped two servo arms on my Beam E4. Is there a chance that you could link me to the servo arms that you used? I have been unable to find a suitable replacement anywhere.

Thanks!

I have that brand of servos on the cyclic of my Beam.

Im using the Power HD2216HB digitals and I much prefere them to the Hitech 65's. They are more precise and center perfectly and will fit all 450 size helis with no mods. I believe when people begin to see the value of these, they will become very popular. By the way, the model Im using says Made in Taiwan on the box. They are 13.6g ea with good accessories and are as I said eariler, very precise.

new servo arms

I received the servo arms from BPHobbies and that is what was needed on the Futaba S3156 servos.
Had to use them on my new Furion.

Well after much research it appears the HiTech HS55 arms will fit, and I found some OK HS55 aftermarket arms that look a little stronger than that so I am going to give those a wurl, since they are STILl not in stock at bphobbies

I made my arms with carbon fiber from a broken fin on the beam. I used the small 4 point arms and put a piece across and drilled 3 holes two to screw to the arm on each side of the output shaft and one in the middle for the screw to hold the arm to the servo. Worked great and you can drill the ball in the exact location.

Crawl,

Did the HS55 or HS55 replacement (link?) servo arms work for you?

I reinforced mine with some CF and CA, but just managed to snap two of them in a crash on my BEAM right at the base where they connect to the spindle.

I desperately need to source some replacement servo arms for these guys as this is the last piece of the repair keeping me from flying! Any help would be appreciated.

The HS55 arms that I got, to be blunt, sucked. I ended up getting the ones listed up from bphobbies and they are a fantastic improvement. I ordered 4 sets because it took so long for bp to get them back in stock, but those ones from ReadyHeli look pretty nice.

Bibendum92, the 3156 and 3157 have very similar dimensions. I wouldn't be surprised if they use the same servo horns. I would take a gamble and get the 3156 ones I posted above.
