I think it is fantasic when women join a RC club. But there are still al ot of members in clubs and clubs in general that dont want them there to me its a big loss if they dont allow it. All the guys in the club we just left thought my wife was the best thing since sliced bread she can fly and she always cooked at events and funflys and was always helping out. Now with the influx of all the new members and thier bad attitudes we have left the club much to the sadness of the old timers. Gals if you join a club and its tough because of backwards thinking just rough it out them guys will come around in time lol.

i wish more females would get into the hobby. It might make things more interesting. Not to mention, I am looking for a women that has the same interests as me
It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!
I have just joined our local club, hubby has been flying for years and I've always been interested. Yesterday I had my fourth flight of my Shuttle. Sort of hovering for a few seconds. The other club members are very positive and encouraging.I'm the first lady heli pilot and the second female pilot. The other is a young girl learning to fly planes.
