My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Title says it all. Lazy ol' Friday and this is what you come up with. The NRII in the pics was made a couple weeks back, the NR3D today. This is a mostly stock 3D. I used two anti-rotation brackets from a NRII and the lower gear hub (drilled out) from a Ocean Rescue.

I made the guide block using the OCR hub as it made the phasing adjustable. I've played with different phasing and it makes a big difference.

So far the only flights have been hovering and mild forward flight in the warehouse, but overall with a lower headspeed it seems more stable than the stock setup.

Here are a couple pics, including one next to the flybarless NRII. So far the 3D flys better than the NRII.

Great news! Since I intend to buy one one day, I' m very interested by the fact it could be easier to fly. Could you please write down the part numbers used, and, maybe, for a newbie like me, put a drawing of the modification.


I' m getting better with my OCR, each time I use it. As snow melts, I go often outside, even in mellow wind,and I'm preparing for the green 3d.

It's really good to know that somebody at the company is working to make your products even better.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Will do. I'll try to get one this week. I have taken it up into forward flight outside and its still a good performer. I'm ready to try flipping it upside down next time I'm out. Thats how comfortable I'm feeling with it.
