Anyone notice Alans heli was shaking at times? It was very noticeable on the HD video...

How would you get the .WMV files onto a Blueray disc to watch them on
an HD TV using a Blueray player? I would think they would have to be converted to another type of file? Anyone have any info on this.

I used Sonics MyDVD to record onto a DVD but it converts the files to 480i resolution....which still looks good on a HD TV but it isn't real HD.

Is that sarcasm? If you're serious it's called "crack" where you rapidly shake the stick so the heli looks like it's gonna fall apart.

My machine is brand new and NOT the problem. It has to be a codec issue or something.

I'm streaming the HD video's on my laptop, viewing with WMP.
Just takes a while to buffer.

Not my kind of 'easy listening' music, but I tell you what, that music is what made that video GREAT!

Mark, again this is some excellent video coverage.
I think the only way you can outdo yourself is if you set up remote microphones, so that rrTV is in stereo.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i have tried, vlc-worst by far, divx-works a little better, wmp 11-works but can tell it's not smooth. what i did do was fire up media cetre from the vista screen and played them.....plays properly...go figure!

For me it's:
WMP 11 -- 100% CPU, worthless with one frame every 0.5-1 second
VLC -- 95% CPU, smooth but with some artifact issues now and then
DivX -- 50% CPU, perfect

I'm posting this just to maybe help others who are having playback issues. It's amazing how there can be so much difference between players and for different players to work differently for different folks.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		whats amazing is my cpu never goes beyond 30% reguardless of the player and my memroy sits at about the same. vlc just does not like the videos at all.

i should say i watch HD things a lot andhave never had a problem.....unil now.
