I just was curious for convenience on local hobby shop. Why wait 5 days to get my parts here in California from Advantage Hobby, when I can pick up a main shaft, or skids down the street at Hobby People for the Beam.

I like the Heli. To me the Trex 450 is old skool now.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Ordered mine late last monday (3/10) recieved monday (3/17). Yes that's a week, but I ordered it like 3 pm my time which probably meant they were closed. They shipped out tuesday (3/11), that's not too bad if you figure the distance it's covering and using UPS. It takes me 3 or 4 shipping days to get stuff from california!

Quality is superb on the frame and metal parts. Feels like the Rolls Royce mother of all 450 size heli's.

Only thing so far that did feel a little el cheapo was the canopy panting job. Align is still #1 for killer painting schemes on canopies.

I'll have a "non-bias", "non-sponsored" video review of whats in the box and my first impressions up later tonight!!!

I'm new to these heli forums and one time I was reading through some video thread on HF, there's an sn there exactly like yours who posted several videos of Bert Magbanua on You Tube. I was wondering if you're the same guy. I also noticed that sn is banned, why? You seem to be a nice guy....I'm just curious

I sent in my radio in for repair to horizon over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing of them- I got the tracking number and it said it was delivered exactly 2 weeks ago. What gives there? Good luck, hope you like it better than the Mars!!!

Muffinman, so far, the Beam is killer. Blows away another other 450 size heli I've had thus far. Still building it now. Just finished the frame and now building the head.
