My Posts This: Topic  Forum		On the flight that the video was taken, it only took ~1275 mah out of a tp v2 2200 pack during the ~3 minute flight.

I actually am flying the mini titan with an old futaba t6xas airplane radio, and as such I don't/can't time my flights (no timer).

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i just fitted the 12t pinion and did a quick hover in the garden i think this head speed what ever it is is near or the same as the 4 cell setup i had so this should do me fine

Hello.

I've been ordered and tried to install the motor
on my Mini-Titan. (My motor's color is orange, not green)

However, when tried to install the motor on her mount,
I found the position of bolting hole is not match.

Please Look at the pictures closelt as shown below,
you find there're some problems.

The two holes are not at the same location.
It's position is slightly not in line.



Are there anyone in the same problem?

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I guess the new motors are gold/orange instead of green. That makes the green ones worth more, LOL.

repost from above: Oh, yeah, I forgot that I had to drill out the MT motor mounting plate. The holes do not match, but it is no big deal to make the turnigy motor fit.

Just drill out two of the holes a bit, or enlarge/elongate with a dremel to fit.

flying time is down by half just f/flight no 3d /loops/rolls
but the battery was only just getting warm the motor was cold
any ideas

warmer 11deg c flight time still down but by about a 3rd now motor cool li-po packs just warm one hextronic pack puffed but it is the v1
i think i will drop a pinion and see what happens

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		i dropped to a 11t pinion and had 6 flights today
i think i have found my perfect setup with this motor
motor cool li-po just warm head speed just under 3000rpm but on the last 2 flights the head speed jumped as if the motor was run in a great feeling
now i have good flight times approx 8 mins with some left in the li-po a good head speed and a well performing /responsive heli
