My Posts This: Topic  Forum		This really looks like a nice heli. I've been looking for my first bird and I've looked at everything TREX from the 450 to the 600N, based largely on used equip that's being offered RR.

I clicked on the Beam Banner ad and this looks like a very nicely made machine. How does it compare to the 450V2?

Why would you consider the Beam or not consider it over the 450?

I learn something new everyday on this site.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I am a bit bias.... moved from Trex to Beam. I can tell Beam are much better heli interm of crash cost and respond. Look are the parts... the are build to last... but sometime xhit happen and it damage...

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Go buy the magazine, it just came out, my LHS got it in today, Barnes and Noble, Borders etc would all have it. It does look like a great heli, although nothing too different from a 450V2. The quality looks better from the pics I've seen, and like was said above RC Heli liked it. Of course, RC Heli likes everything, you could build a heli out of Legos and they'd say it flew great, so their ratings are really meaningless.

- Overral look and design of the kit (the wow factor)
- Belt system with main gear takeoff
- roller for the belt to keep tension
- One piece tail case.
- servo layout
- Battery layout
- New canopy is very narrow. But stills fit a FP evo 25 2500!
- 325 main blade. two color are usefull too.
- "indestructible" landing gear
- Thrust bearing in the main grip
- No slope anywhere. the quality is very high!

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm torn between the Beam and the MT325 SE. I have a 450se v2 but I really am getting tired of the same-o-same-o at the feild. seems everyone has a 450se. I put mine on 4s to be dif. and it's amazing. I was thinking that a Beam on 4s would scream.
