Reggie, Thanks for the info but if that's the case the E Smart will be the first helicopter I've ever owned that didn't fly better balanced. What the heck I'll give it a shot and report back on my findings. Mike

Guess what Mike.,,,i just came back from the Heli field and those guys told me my Linkages were to Tight..I was like What the Hell? So i just came back from the Hobby shop and i had to purchase a Ball sizer..My Heli was Flying Fine but i guess those linkages should be that hard to move..They should move Freely...check your and see if the linkages near the blade grips and all around the swash plate move freely,,,,,if not then i imagine you will have to go thru the same thing i'm going thru.....Striping all those linkages and use that tool make them more smother...

Also good luck with the testing..I'm sure your battery situation will be fine...everyone has a unique setup, but i guess any professional Heli Pilot would tell u that the battery should be nice and even in the tray....Give us some Feedback when u Fly...I'm anxious....

I re-sized all the links as I was building and they were all too tight. Test hop went fine I need to do some trimming on it but all is well. Mike

Watch how you re size the links. I had most of mine just right. I was working on the large link off the fly bar cage and overdid it. I'm grounded. Bp had them in stock but I'm sure I wont see them till next week. Crap. Mike

I replaced the plastic balls on the stock swash plate and fly bar cage with t-Rex metal balls. Cut the old ones off, carefully drill a .060" hole in the center of the stub and thread the screw in. you can put some epoxie on the screw if you are so inclined. do not use locktite as it will attack the plastic.
