very nice set up indeed. I run a maxi joker and airfoil pro with ksj Gyro on one setup I also use an askman 3 Axis mount for my logo 14. I always use Krontronics speed controller had too many problems with the Castle Creations. on my GSR Gassers I use a Helicam solution E-4 and Mark 4. which are Gyro controlled on two axis really helps with keeping target into view. I have spent a lot of money and learing along the way to figure out what works best for me. I think they all have their purpose and that is why I use all three manufacture of Camera mounts.

I also use a Ion-X2 which I love. It is a 10S setup and gearing made for aerial Photography.

Can't wait to see some pics.

Airfoil Pro M1 w/ KS2 likes to tell me I'm not smooth and the heli isn't dialed in. Time for expo.

You have to start somewhere. Posting practice videos on YouTube. All videos are with KS2 on and Helicommand off.

010809 - aerial baseline sample

011109 - aerial baseline sample

011109 - aerial baseline sample (dusk hover)

123008 - airfoil pro m1/ks2 (first flights)
> CG completely off, I'm all over the place, no expo, just not in tune.

Need to work on the quality of these videos. Using EDIUS

The main ones I'm aware of are the CopterFilm and Copterworks. I've yet to see the PhotoShip 3-axis gimbal.

You should be able to modify a mount for any of those.

Just remember the weight of those mounts.

Traveling with LiPo's - Field Notes

Hello AP Travelers,

Has there been any changes/updates in transporting Lipo's?

If not - what are some general tips for traveling? Yes - I've looked at safetravel.dot.gov, but it's nice to get info from those in the field.

Thanks,

Sean Harris
