My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I'm using JR 8715s on the Cyclic (12 Kgs @ 0.09s), a JR 8231 on the throttle (possible overkill, but I wanted a reliable servo) and a Futaba 9256 on the tail.

The 8715s are quite power hungry, so make sure you have a good setup in this respect. I'm using the excellent Scott Gray Reactor and 5200mAh 2S pack.

It’s always the question about the budget you have, but with an AVRO you don’t need to watch on sparring 50$...

This is the Setup I use on my AVRO and they I am very pleased about the new Brushless Futaba Servos.

I will change in the future my Tail Servo for the BLS251 but at the moment I am doing fine with the Futaba S9256 which comes with the GY611.

Here goes my Setup of Servos:
3x Futaba BLS351 for cyclic
1x Futaba BLS451 for Throttle
1x Futaba S9256 for Tail

Using as well the excellent new version of the SCOTT GRAY Reactor and 4300mA 7.4 volt flat cell Duralite Li-ion RX pack.

General 3D and sports flying then any high torque fast servos would do the job.

If your going to do AMA or F3C then a high resolution servo such as JR8301's are the ticket

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Hi Nyman, I got mine through the guys from Blitz Helicopter! Scott Gray didnt published it on his website sofar I think he will do it in a short while.

See comments of Climax for the blitz website where you can find a little bit more information...

The main advantage is that you can connect the new Brushless Servos to 6,8v.

Allthough I have mine @ 6v just in case

I have been reliably informed that www.fast-lad.co.uk should have some 8717's in stock sometime next week, but there aren't many coming so be quick when you see them on the website.. you can even be emailed when they are in stock now..how cool..
Theres always the 8915's in stock that I'm sure are the same but if you really want the 8717's then they shouldn't be too far off.

They function both very well... think will have these servos in my next helis aswell.. if nothing new...

The explanation between the choice is quite clear, the people who choose for a cyclic setup with the BLS451 go for speed while the poeple who choose for a cyclic setup with the BLS351 go for that little bit more power in drastic pitch changes.

I personally prefer more power and therefor my setup has the BLS351 servos on cyclic. On the gas I have the BLS451 for the speed allthough I was thinking of the BLS251 there which goes at 0,06 sec.
