I have contacted one person that does provide these services.
He numbers's the aircraft and then sells the owner a cd of the event
however he charges 12.00 to 22.oo per cd and I'm sure that wouldn't
fly.

So for now, I have put that on the back seat, only because
local news will be their and I'm sure they will take quite
a bit of footage-so maybe, I could work out a little deal with them to burn cd's and picture stills..

Do you have any suggestions?

The city has plans to change that entry way from Seaton rd to Seaton dr I belive also a diffrent street will come into play by that time if their planning is correct.
So I post current directions about a month before the event so their are current.
