Still no canopies

I will not end my warnings about Just Canopies until I get what I have payed for.

We are no in juli 2008, soon it will be 2 years since I payed USD 510 for my order, and still there is no e-mail, phonecalls or canopies from this guy . . . .

Unbelievable... I should've done my research about this guy before I sent him money months ago. I talked to him on the phone and he led me to believe it would only take a few weeks for one canopy. He told me "I'll be shipping the canopy next week" over 2 months ago. Now he won't even respond to my polite emails. I send him an email about every 2 weeks wondering what's going on and I don't get a response. Now his phone is disconnected. I smell a Paypal complaint and reversal of funds through the credit card company..

This guy has scammed so many people that perhaps one of the victims can take the lead , comprise a "list" of fellow victims with $$ owed and file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Mort's home town.....

They don't take things like this lightly......

I cannot believe this guy is still in business. What the heck is going on with all of you who have been scammed by this clown prince of pun. I'm sure someone lives close enough to serve him some papers. This guy just keeps on stealing and getting away with it. Dude got alot of balls and maybe some of you that lost your money to this clown, make his living a nightmare. He will have plenty of time to get his health back in tip top shape when they put his arse behind bars where he belongs. I'd like to see what other excuse is coming down the pipeline, stay tuned?

I had Mort paint two Avant canopies. We went back and forth about what i wanted then I sent him payment. He told me it would be the usual wait for them which I agreed to. Many, many months later no canopies. I email the guy and claims that he couldn't get to them due to medical reasons or something. I replied back that if I didn't get the canopies within a 30 days I was going to call my CC company and charge it back. If he was sick or hospitalized then he should've emailed me that info. Why does he still continue to take orders and peoples money is beyond me.

Couple points to make:
- one of you said you have been waiting for two years for canopies. I haven't been able to keep a heli for two years to even need a custom canopy for it. I buy and sell way to much

- Canopy FX nuff said.

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

ya same problem ,mort has all the excuses .Im sick, my mom had a heart attack,my dad had a heart attack ,his dad been dead for 3 years.oh also, a tree feel his house and took out his phone what the F ..the gut lives in a tar shack ,his house maid is a rat (a big rat)he told me 6 weeks turned in to 5 months and not till i bashed him on RR did he try to calling me asking me why i did that to him .he does a great job but, if i have to wait 5 month.... come on!..what a @ss..
