My Posts This: Topic Forum | Well, there was good & bad to the broken rotor head.
The good: I replaced it with an aluminum unit. This one shouldn't break as easy. And now it matches the top one.
The bad: I seem to have bent something. It acts like the outer shaft, and probably is. The one I just got was suspect. I'll replace it tomorrow.
The unknown: I moved the controls out one hole on the servo arms. From the factory, they're all the way on the inside hole, which gives very little throw. Moving them out, even one hold made a pretty big difference. It will probably be very good for out-doors (which is what I did it for), but it makes it touchy indoors. I'll just have to get used to it. Short of having dual rates, or exponentials you just have to pick a medium ground. lol.
